The English Language. Have you ever wondered why foreigners have
trouble with the English Language?. Let's face it. English is a crazy
language. There is no egg in the eggplant No ham in the hamburger.
And neither pine nor apple in the pineapple. English muffins were not
invented in England. French fries were not invented in France. We
sometimes take English for granted But if we examine its paradoxes we
find that Quicksand takes you down slowly, Boxing rings are square.
And a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig. If writers
write, how come fingers don't fing. If the plural of tooth is teeth.
Shouldn't the plural of phone booth be phone beeth, If the teacher
taught, Why didn't the preacher praught. If a vegetarian eats
vegetables. What the does a humanitarian eat? Why do people recite at
a play, Yet play at a recital? Park on driveways and Drive on
parkways. You have to marvel at the unique lunacy. Of a language
where a house can burn up as it burns down. And in which you fill in a
form by filling it out. And a bell is only heard once it goes! English
was invented by people, not computers, and it reflects the creativity
of the human race (Which of course isn't a race at all) That is why
when the stars are out they are visible, but when the lights are out
they are invisible, and why it is that when I wind up my watch it
starts, but when I wind up this observation, it ends.

Its been a while since my last posting, but that didn't mean that I forgot about it. I've been updating the template and tried to promote it. I would like to post a link to anarchy.org and endorse this blog, I endorse both sites but look down upon this one. I even used a nofollow link on it, the first ever used on this blog. We have a chat service up and running, and a shiny new web counter. We've updated the links page to include some good websites. Tinyapps.org is another good site I found that has very small program files, I downloaded five to a floppy and still had plenty of room. Here is one of my favorite quotes

Sorry I've been gone for a while, laptop wasn't working. I'd like to note something in a cartoon's themesong it's called Full Metal Alchemist and what I want you to note the thing a voice says at the very begining: "Human kind can not gain anything without giving up something of equal value," or something like that. In my opinion there is nothing more true than that. Some people think you can give the world something, you can't. You can just change what was already there.
P.S. Yes I am an athiest as this statment disproves creationism if true.

This is one of the most disturbing sites I've ever seen. This is because I believe them. Their claim is that there was no airplane that crashed. Where did the airplane come from. If this is a government cover up it is the biggest thing since Roswell. Believability 9.5/10
